How Does It Work?
Before your event, we'll work with you to arrange your booking time, location and design requests.
We'll bring our Tattoo Bar setup and two tattoo artists to your event, along with our collection of pre-designed flash.
The hosts can also request 3–4 special designs to be created specifically for their event.
These designs are then added to your Tattoo Bar menu alongside our regular collection, giving your guests something personal to your celebration to choose from.
Because our Tattoo Bar designs are prepared in advance, all designs are tattooed as displayed and cannot be altered or customised on the night.
This keeps the experience moving and allows us to tattoo as many guests as we safely can.
Two Artists = A Smooth Experience
Both of us will be tattooing throughout your event.
Having two artists allows us to keep the Tattoo Bar moving while maintaining a clean, organised setup between clients.
While one artist is tattooing, the other can prepare the next station, manage supplies and carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures.
That means your guests get a fun, relaxed experience while we take care of everything behind the scenes.

There is no minimum number of tattoos required.
We'll simply tattoo as many guests as we can safely accommodate during your agreed booking time.

Your guests are trusting us with their skin, so we take the responsibility seriously.
Our Tattoo Bar setup follows the same professional standards we maintain in our studio.
Guests can expect:

Every tattoo is appropriately covered before the guest leaves, using Second Skin or another suitable dressing depending on the tattoo.
Having two artists allows us to maintain these procedures while keeping the event moving.

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT OUR EVENTS
🏠 We don't tattoo in private homes.
For hygiene and health & safety reasons, Tattoo Bar events must take place at an appropriate, approved venue that can accommodate our professional tattoo setup.
Before booking your event, please speak with your chosen venue and confirm that they are happy to have tattoo artists operating on the premises.
📋 Venue approval & inspection
Once you request your booking and are happy to go ahead with the Tattoo Bar, we'll work with you and the venue to make sure the proposed tattooing area is suitable for our setup and meets the applicable Saskatchewan health requirements for tattooing.
This means you can enjoy the Tattoo Bar knowing that we've taken care of the important details behind the scenes.
