What is the Snail Mail Sticker Club?
Itâs a monthly mail subscription where members receive curated sticker packs delivered straight to their mailbox.
How often will I receive mail?
Typically once a month. Each drop includes new or exclusive designs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yesâmembers can cancel anytime before the next billing/shipping cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, make sure to pick the right option when subscribing. If your address doesn't match the location selected your subscription will be cancelled.
When will my first package arrive?
Roughly two weeks after last day of the month (or sooner, if we're able to ship them sooner)! Closing date to be able to subscribe for each month will be on the 15th. Every package will be shipped by the end of the month.
What if my package doesnât arrive?
Contact us two weeks after the last day of the month and weâll help track or replace it.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are one-off drops, while others may be restocked. Restock announcements are posted on our social media/newsletter.
How long does shipping take?
We try to ship as soon as possible! Processing time is usually 3 business days, plus shipping time depending on location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. International orders may take longer and could incur customs fees.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of small-run art products, returns are usually not accepted unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.
My order arrived damagedâwhat do I do?
Email us as soon as the parcel arrives with photos and weâll sort out a replacement or refund.

Do you take walk-ins?
Usually by appointment only, but occasional walk-in spots may be announced on social media.
How do I book a tattoo appointment?
Each artist takes their own bookings! Please contact them by their preferred booking system!
Do you do custom designs?
Yesâall tattoos are custom unless stated otherwise.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes, but it may be adapted to fit style, placement, and flow.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.
Do you tattoo minors?
No, 18+ only.
What should I do before my appointment?
Get a good nightâs sleep, eat beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol before your session. If possible keep area moisturised well for at least a week before your appointment.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
This will be down to the artists decision. Please contact them for more information.
Can I book through the studio?
No, the studio has no information or access to any of the artists schedules. Please contact the artist for bookings.
